Byul Studio (이하 "당사")는 Byul: Star Logic (이하 "본 앱") 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며,
본 처리방침은 본 앱이 수집·이용·저장·공유하는 정보와 사용자 권리를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
1.1 자동으로 수집되는 정보
- 익명 사용자 ID: 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 익명 ID(UUID)를 자동 생성합니다. 이 ID는 이메일·이름·전화번호 등 어떤 개인 식별 정보와도 연결되지 않습니다.
- 게임 진행 데이터: 풀이한 퍼즐, 풀이 시간, 사용한 힌트 수, 연속 출석 등 게임 진행과 관련된 정보를 수집합니다.
- 광고 식별자(IDFA): iOS 14+ App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한을 허용하신 경우에만 수집됩니다. 거부 시에도 일반 광고는 표시되며 맞춤 광고만 제한됩니다.
- 구매 영수증: 광고 영구 제거 인앱 결제 시 Apple StoreKit이 제공하는 영수증을 검증 목적으로 수신합니다.
1.2 수집하지 않는 정보
본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 정보 이용 목적
- 게임 진행 상태 저장 및 통계 표시
- 데일리 퍼즐, 자유 모드 등 핵심 기능 제공
- 광고 제공 및 인앱 결제 처리
- 앱 성능 분석 및 개선
3. 제3자 서비스 (데이터 처리 위탁)
본 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다:
Supabase
익명 사용자 인증 및 게임 데이터 저장을 위한 백엔드 서비스입니다.
데이터는 Supabase의 서버(현재 도쿄 리전)에 암호화 저장됩니다.

AppLovin MAX
앱 내 광고 제공 및 보상형 광고(힌트) 시스템을 위한 광고 미디에이션 서비스입니다.
사용자가 ATT 권한을 허용한 경우 IDFA를 사용하여 맞춤 광고를 표시합니다.

Apple StoreKit
인앱 결제 처리를 위해 Apple Inc.의 StoreKit 서비스를 사용합니다.
본 앱은 Apple ID, 이름, 결제 카드 정보 등에 접근하지 않으며,
Apple이 검증한 영수증 토큰만 수신합니다.

4. 데이터 보관 기간
- 익명 사용자 ID 및 게임 진행 데이터: 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관
- 구매 영수증: 영구 보관 (광고 제거 권리 유지 목적, 환불·재설치 시 복원 필요)
- 광고 식별자: AppLovin 정책에 따라 처리 (보통 13개월)
5. 사용자 권리
- 데이터 삭제 요청: 이메일로 요청 시 익명 ID에 연결된 모든 데이터를 삭제합니다.
- 광고 추적 거부: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 추적 → 본 앱 → 비활성화
- 인앱 결제 환불: Apple App Store 환불 정책에 따라 가능합니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 의도적인 사용 대상으로 하지 않으며,
아동에게서 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
부모님이나 보호자가 자녀의 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 연락 주세요.
7. 처리방침 변경
본 처리방침은 법적 요구사항 변경 또는 앱 기능 추가에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다.
주요 변경이 있을 경우 앱 내 알림으로 공지합니다.

Byul Studio ("we", "us") values the privacy of users of Byul: Star Logic ("the App").
This policy explains what information the App collects, uses, stores, and shares,
and what rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected
- Anonymous User ID: The App generates an anonymous UUID automatically, without requiring sign-up. This ID is never linked to your email, name, phone number, or any other personal identifier.
- Game Progress Data: Puzzles solved, completion times, hint usage, daily streaks, and similar gameplay statistics.
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Collected only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS 14+. If declined, generic ads still appear, but personalized targeting is limited.
- Purchase Receipts: When you make the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, Apple StoreKit provides a signed receipt that we verify.
1.2 NOT Collected
The App does NOT collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
2. How We Use the Information
- Save game progress and display stats
- Power core features (Daily Challenge, Custom Play, hints)
- Serve ads and process in-app purchases
- Analyze and improve app performance
3. Third-Party Services (Data Processors)
The App uses the following third-party services:
Supabase
Backend service for anonymous authentication and game data storage. Data is stored
encrypted on Supabase servers (currently Tokyo region).

AppLovin MAX
Ad mediation service for in-app ads and rewarded ads (hints). When ATT is granted,
IDFA is used for personalized advertising.

Apple StoreKit
In-app purchase processing via Apple Inc.'s StoreKit. The App does not access your
Apple ID, name, or payment information — only Apple-verified receipt tokens.

4. Data Retention
- Anonymous ID and game data: until you delete the app or request data deletion
- Purchase receipts: retained permanently (to preserve your ad-removal entitlement across reinstalls)
- Advertising identifiers: per AppLovin's policy (typically 13 months)
5. Your Rights
- Data Deletion: Email us to delete all data linked to your anonymous ID.
- Opt Out of Ad Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Byul → Off
- Refunds: In-app purchases can be refunded under Apple App Store's refund policy.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children. Parents or guardians may contact us to request data deletion.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements or new features. Material
changes will be announced via in-app notification.
